Cost-Saving Initiatives
The Consortium proactively seeks opportunities for collaborations that result in cost savings or greater efficiency. Keeping in mind that not all projects will be grant-funded, such projects may (a) reduce costs, (b) add something to the member schools without adding costs, or (c) take participating schools in new directions at less cost than if the institutions tried to do them alone.
