David is dean and professor of law at the University of Minnesota Law School and an authority in international law. The Fifth Annual NY6 Upstate Undergraduate Research Conference, held on September 26 at Colgate University, brought together 101 student presenters, plus their faculty mentors and undergraduate research directors.
