NY6 Faculty Art Exhibition Open at SLU

The Richard F. Brush Art Gallery at St. Lawrence University is exhibiting the work of 39 faculty artists from across the New York Six Consortium, through February 24. The exhibit, New York Six: Art Studio Practice and Pedagogy, not only gives faculty artists and opportunity to show their artwork, it also explores the questions, "How does your creative artmaking practice affect your teaching, and how does teaching affect your art practice?"

Curator of the exhibit is Catherine Tedford, director of the Brush Gallery. Admission to the Gallery is free, and its hours are Monday-Thursday, 12-8 pm; Friday and Saturday, 12-5 pm.
